Natural No Artificial Coloring | Lego My Eggo Cake
Today I made a lego cake using all natural no artificial ways to color the lego.
Cake Recipe:
2 1/3 cups Flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
4 Egg Whites
1 ½ Cup Sugar
¾ Cup Butter
1 Cup Milk
Ganache Recipe:
200 Grams White Chocolate
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
Colors:
Yellow: Turmeric
Green: Matcha
Pink: Beet Juice
Purple: Acai Berry
