No Bake Jumanji Pound Cake - Welcome To The Jungle


Today I made a No Bake Jumanji Pound Cake to celebrate the new movie. I steamed the pound cake since the jungle is very hot and steamy in a rice cooker. 

Pound Cake Recipe:
500 grams Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Icing Sugar
50 grams Butter
4 Egg Yolks
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
4 Egg Whites
1/4 cup Sugar
